One of our most important management
policies is to become a company, knowing
the true value of environment.
Our lives depend on the environment
and we think that our management is
a part of our lives. Also, we believe
that the environment is a valuable inheritance
from our ancestors, and we borrow it
from our children.
Every year a certain portion of the
sales amount is invested on our own
environment protection and pollution
control program, such as a regular education
of protection and safety of environment
for our workers, an antipollution measure
for air and waste-water treatment, etc.
And, we concentrate our heart and soul
on the development of more environmental
friendly and less-wastewater-producing
manufacturing process.
Reflecting our will on the protection
of environment, we became the first
member of ETAD(Ecological and Toxicological
Association of Dyes and Organic Pigments
Manufacturers) among the Korean dyestuff
makers in 1995. In addition, we obtained
ISO14001 certificate in Shi-wha factory
from TUV Rheinland(Germany) in 1999.
In the future, Oh Young Industrial Co.,
Ltd. will maintain our basic management
policy toward environment and do much
to help to preserve clean environment
through constant research activities.
