We regard the technical service as a part of our whole production and only when customers get desirable results with our products in real production, we say we've done our business with our customer.
In order to connect our accumulated technical knowledge and dyeing behavior data with our customer's business efficiently, we run Technical Service Team under our Central R&D Institute. It plays an important role in before and after sales service by preparing necessary technical information materials, visiting the customer's dyeing house, and holding domestic and overseas seminars every year and so on.

We believe that getting customer's credit is possible only by providing the reliable qualified products at the right moment with the reasonable price along with proper technical service.
